My Body Pilates offers a sliding scale pay rate ranging from $50-$100 per session. This allows clients to prioritize their health and invest in themselves without causing financial stress . Sliding scale is self determined, meaning you do not have to show proof of income, simply read the tiers below to determine where you fit.


Generating:

I am comfortably able to meet my basic needs and would like to help pay it forward.

I often stress about meeting my basic needs and do not regularly achieve them.

I prefer to move with a friend or partner and this tier is the most sustainable for me.

Having trouble deciding where do you fall on the sliding scale? The suggested contribution is Sustaining ($80 per 50 min class) but the scale is here to make movement accessible for all.
